  • Payment is due upfront at the start of each month to reserve your hours. I currently accept PayPal and Zelle for easy, secure transactions.

  • Payment upfront reserves your dedicated time each month and keeps things simple and consistent for both of us. Since all services are customized and time-based, this ensures your hours are locked in and your projects stay on schedule.

  • Yes. All monthly plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows time to get familiar with your systems, establish routines, and create real results for your business.

    After the initial 3 months, you’re welcome to continue month-to-month or renew for 6 or 12 months at a 10% discount.

  • Unused hours don’t carry over into the next month, which helps me keep availability balanced for all clients. I’ll always work with you to ensure your time is used effectively, and you’re welcome to adjust or upgrade your plan anytime during your 3-month commitment if your needs change.

  • I completely understand! In the beginning, onboarding does take a little extra time as I learn your systems, preferences, and routines. But don’t worry, as a 12-year teacher, I’m a quick learner and make the process as smooth as possible.
    A short time investment upfront leads to long-term time freedom, giving you more space to focus on your clients and what you love most.

  • Whatever works best for you! Most clients prefer email or text for day-to-day communication, but I’m happy to schedule phone or video calls as needed. I’m flexible and adapt to your preferred style so communication always feels easy and clear.
