    Limited availability

    High-touch, ongoing partnership for established practices that need consistent, behind-the-scenes support.

    This level of support is customized based on scope, hours, and availability, and typically includes:

    • Deeper involvement in daily operations

    • Ongoing systems and workflow support

    • Design, organization, and problem-solving support as needed

    Pricing typically ranges based on the level of support required. We’ll determine the right fit together.

  • $60/hour · 2-hour minimum

    For occasional or one-time support needs, a la carte hours are available on a limited basis.

    A la carte support is best suited for:
    • Small website updates
    • One-time organization projects
    • Short-term admin tasks
    • Seasonal or overflow support

    While this option offers flexibility, ongoing support is best supported through a monthly plan, where consistent presence and familiarity allow for deeper organization, smoother workflows, and more meaningful relief.

How does payment work?

Aligned Support is provided on a monthly retainer basis. I work as an independent contractor, so there are no payroll, benefits, or insurance requirements on your end. This keeps support flexible, simple, and cost-effective.

Do I need to know exactly what I need help with?

Not at all. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start. We’ll figure out together what kind of support will be most helpful right now.

How do we communicate?

Communication typically happens through text or email, with check-ins as needed. I aim to keep communication clear, thoughtful, and low-stress.

Is there a monthly commitment & how does billing work?

Aligned support is offered on a monthly basis and billed at the beginning of each month to reserve dedicated time and availability.

There are no long-term contracts required. Support continues month to month, with a 30-day notice requested if you plan to pause or end ongoing support. This allows for thoughtful transitions and consistent care for all clients.

If no notice is given, support simply continues into the following month. I value clear communication and regularly check in to ensure your level of support continues to feel aligned.
